Task & deliverable checklist

Built from the July 8 discovery sessions, the Discovery Recap, and the working audit workbook. Maps 1:1 to the Discovery Recap's "Next steps" and seeds the workbook's Phase 1 build plan.

The prize is contacts and white space. Only ~900 of JustiFi's 25,000 companies are scored to ICP today, and there's no systematic contact scoring yet. Every task below points at closing those two gaps. Scope promise: if anything drifts, throw the stop sign — this is a shared starting point, not the final map.
